Does anybody have boilerplate language for a Start-Up Stock Options Plan?

Perhaps there is a recommended resource?

Any decent start-up attorney will provide you a pack of core legal documents, including a stock option plan.

It has proven that NVCA templates are best for boiler plates. I usually recommend my clients to look through there, fill in the blanks to the best of their knowledge and then I revise only the end result, saving them a lot of money. Hope this helps

YC, Techstars, and many other programs have open sourced their startup legal document templates. I believe the latests stock plans from YC can be found athttps://www.clerky.com/yc-stock-plan-forms
