Mobile Back end as a Service SLA and cost

I've built my social fashion app, fashionist, using appcelerator for the front end and ACS (their baas) for the back end.
I was pretty happy with the tradeoffs until this morning when I woke up to find all my posts had disappeared following a software update or other mishap on appcelerator's end (I assume since nothing had changed on my end).

Was wondering whether anyone is using an alternative Baas on an app that has active users and how reliable the Baas has been for them? Some alternatives that have been recommended on the forum are parse, kinvey and stackmob. Would love to hear from folks who have experience with them.

What should I expect to pay to get support when the baas has a bug that causes data lossage?

Thanks!

I use Parse and have been nothing but impressed. Parse has been down once or twice over the last 5 months (that I've noticed) but other than that I'm still on a free account which has been a god-send from a burn perspective. As for usage, we're making about 300k API calls per month. 1 million is the threshold for a paid account - which the first tier is $200. Feel free to ask me any other questions you might have. Not saying it didn't eat your data, but before you re-write your server, I'd dig into the issue a bit more... was it just "post" data that was gone... did other data survive? Is it logical that just one of the types of data is missing? Lots of things can go wrong with code, even when you don't change anything.
