What are some good web-based systems for managing classes and users?

I am looking for a system for managing users, classes, and payments. http://silkstart.com/ is one such system. I am looking for other similar systems so I can evaluate their differences and decide which is best for my particular needs. What other systems do you know of? There's also supersaas.com. Am currently using this, but lacks some features and in some ways in inflexible.

Thank you for asking Shobit. Here are some features that I'm looking for:
* Ability to customize users' view. Including custom fields in underlying classes database.
* Class registration
* class prerequisites management.
* Tie-in with resources. E.g. classroom and/or equipment.
* multi-session classes.
* multiple times that class are available. Think class sections -- you sign up for a certain date/time or set of dates/times.
* Ability to charge for class.
* Ability to purchase class even without account.
* e-mail and/or SMS notifications
* multiple security levels: administrator, master administrator (owner), user, non-user
* Integration with another login system (details TBD)
* API available to read schedule information and read class descriptions/info.
* Some help organizing class lists for users. E.g. search, sort, or categories.
* mobile compatible

There are several opensource courseware tools that a prevalent. Have you ruled-out any of these, yet?

Nor, apologetically, do I warrant any of these meet all your needs. They're common ones that you didn't rule-out in opening the topic. Looking to see how you respond about them.

Thanks a lot for sharing.
We are building a class management solution ourselves and some of these feature requests are new. If time is not an issue, we can work with you to better understand the need and customise our saas solution.
Otherwise, also look at teachable.comandhttp://mybrightwheel.com
Good luck!
