Does anyone have a recommendation for a US tax advise?

I am a non-US resident setting up a US company and need to go over my plan with a tax adviser before I incorporate. Can anyone recommend an online platform or directory where I can find tax advisers or is there a particular tax adviser you can recommend?

What state are you incorporating in? That would make a difference. You would want a cpa or an attorney in that state. Tanya Oziel-Bourque via CloudMagic Email [https://cloudmagic.com/k/d/mailapp?ct=pa&cv=8.6.30&pv=6.0.1&source=email_footer_2]

Tanya is right, the state plays a role. Also, what form of structure you plan on using, like Inc, or C-corp or LLC, etc.
If you do a corporation you might want to consider Delaware and then you can ask your "representing agent" what CPA they suggest. Legally Delaware is best for Inc. but if you don't live in the state you need a representing agent.

If you plan to do any form of LLC or trust or a combination, I suggest Nevada, as its the legally best for that.

The two organizations I have used for Nevada are "Your Entity Solution" or YES, if you just need the company setup.

If you need more, which I believe is the case for you, I suggest you work with Nevada Headquarters Corporation (NCH). I can make an introduction so that you have easier access. They also have a CPA link available

Feel free to contacts me directly if you like my help

Thank you @Tanya and @Axel.

I am in fact incorporating a Delaware C-Corp but also need to look into other matters related to tax. Good suggestion about Nevada Axel.

Thank you

You are welcome Julien and the representing agent in Delaware can give you CPA contacts for the tax situation. There are just too many variables that come into play to give you much help about that here

I am presuming you have a TIN already. Without that your choice is limited.
And, your choice of domicile would depend upon where you plan to reside, as well as the laws of the state. The best three choices are almost always DE, VA, and/or AZ.
When you are ready, we could talk. (Check out our site and my blog.)
