Is there a web-conferencing system that include marketing automation features?

My company sets up many webinars on a regular basis (Agile approach, devops, growth hacking..), however the overall process to get new email addresses, to send invites, to send reminders, and to follow-up with attendees has become quite cumbersome. Before we get into the process of creating an internal tool for that purpose, I was wondering whether someone in the group would recommend an existing solution that could help.
Ideally, I would really like to find a company that provide the web conference system (e.g.: gotomeeting, join.me, zoom) and that could take care of the attendees in a virtual manner. It would be a major plus if that company also had a database of contacts to be used for announcing webinars.

There really isn't one. And I don't think it would make sense to build one.

Go look at www.mautic.com. It's an open source (free to download and self-host) marketing automation system (think Marketo or Pardot). And it rocks! You can easily configure that to run all of the communications around the event and then use whatever conferencing solutions you need to run your events.

Worst case, you might need to go to upwork.com and pay a few hundred bucks for some scripting to pass your registration list to whatever solution you're using.

We use WebinarJam in conjunction with Xsplit to run events with pretty professional video, if I say so myself.

Our company, Genoo, is a marketing automation company that has tight integration with GoTo Webinar. People can register via a lead capture form on your site, so you get them as a lead right away and the tracking of their activity starts. You can email them - or trigger emails. No export/import, and you are completely in control of your Registration page. After the webinar you know who attended and did not attend and can send emails appropriately. We do a lot of webinars also and have many best practices that we've learned. There is more - you'll have to drive traffic and design your follow up - and that is the relationship part of the magic also... Chris: We are in the meetings and events industry and connect event organizers with speakers, entertainment and technology both webinar and webcasting and mobile text messaging. After researching what available we have partnered with several webinar and webcasting platforms. The one with the most features is Webinato formerly omNovia. You should look at their platform for delivery and collecting the data you are after. They also are the only provider that has live interactive reply that allows them to actively take action such as sign up for the next session or answer a survey both on the live broadcast or the reply. They have short video on their website but you need to have a demonstration to really see the capabilities and if it meets your needs. (www.webinato.com, contact Vanessa Henderson) The part of your request that will be interesting to work through is the database for contacts to expand your reach. Most platform providers do not mine databases of their users but use privacy as a selling point to using their platform. Our partner in the mobile/text communications may also be of interest to you as well for connecting with attendees. Text messaging gets more responses in a shorter time and may prove to be a value in your participant numbers. We have found Mousetrap Mobile to have the best features and most economical. I would be pleased to make introductions for you for either of these or others.

Yes, This will work great for you. Yondo.com It has a full marketing automation that includes a payment system, calendaring booking system, 1-1, email automation integration, landing pages and even build out drip courses if you like.
