What are services to monetize APIs?

I have a REST API. I want to publish this on a tiered subscription basis. Is there some sort of API SaaS wrapper I can plug the API into? I'm vaguely familiar with Mashape, but want to keep my own branding.

Mashery and Akana are two enterprise services that come to mind, but you might want to integrate directly with a payment provider like Stripe or Paypal. It will cost much less in the long run.

Restlet.com might have a product for you.

Amazon has a rather new API Gateway service, where combined with cloudwatch and a little custom code, I'm sure you could create your own monetized platform.

I assume Google and Azure have solutions as well. It just depends on what fits best with your backend

What is your backend? Or web platform?
