How do I get $50,000 in free merchant processing fees from Paypal?

I found this Paypal/Braintree program
https://blueprint.paypal.com/
Free transaction volume up to $1.5 million USD* ($50,000 USD of PayPal fees waived for 18 months).
Free transaction volume up to $100,000 USD (Braintree fees waived for 18 months).

Yes, I know, Braintree gives first $50,000 of transaction volume to all developers, but I want more free stuff.

Most VCs and Accelerators would want to buy fixed amount of equity for money, but I don't want to sell my equity at their low seed valuation standards ($30k-$100k for 3%-10%), I would be willing to give options to invest, nor do I have time to wait for their programs to start, I just need benefit of Paypal/Braintree program. Maybe someone know of a more direct way to get to Paypal Blueprint ?
