What surveys are best to provide metrics by testing concept & targetting demogrphics for retailtech?

We are a bootstrapping retailtech startup in the testing phase and have been receiving very positive reaction from potential users and partners. However, in addition to continuing to get feedback from these sources, want to extract the following from a broader population survey: 1) usable metrics 2) focus in on concept 3) a more focused/core potential user demographics (currently liked by 29-50 year old women in SF/Bay Area). We have been recommended the following, but trying to decipher the best one or two to give us authentic answers to the three points listed above efficiently and without too much expense - Survio.com; Qualtrix; Surveymonkey; Google Consumer Surveys; Qualtrix; Survata; Aytm; Lab42. Grateful and appreciative of pointed and non-product selling advise. Cheers!

Have you considered using mechanical turk (amazon) to generate a more robust and better targeted result set unbiased by previous self selection (by active customers)?
