Fresh thinking with regards to: Pricing, Life Time Value and Customer Acquisition Costs

Hey all,

I'm working on a pricing shuffle for one of my startups, Dipity, and am
looking for some of the current best thinking on Pricing, CAC and Life Time
Value. We did a pretty exhaustive overhaul back in 2010 and saw significant
improvements, but we're looking to streamline things a bit from a product
and ops perspective and it's time for a refresh.

Basically, I'm out of date and looking for any good resources to get back
in to the swing of this piece of work.
