Representative Office in Silicon Valley is it a good idea ?

We build a successful software solution that serve the real estate sector "Real estate Developers & property management "our market in ME, especially in Dubai. www.scs-me.com

We believe it is time to expand and we think the US market would be a good place for such a kind of this software.

We are looking to visit the Silicon Valley looking for a suitable partner or open a Representative Office. Any advices?

Are you focusing on residential or commercial? If the latter, LoopNet is still a good company to visit. For residential, there is a bunch of players - depends on what you're looking for in a partner.
