What CRM can we use to have one stop shop for HR, Billing, E-Marketing, SEO and More?

We are trying to get a CRM which will have accounting, Billing, HR, Project management, Lead Nurturing, E-Marketing and More. We are looking of some app that is one stop shop, it can be an all in one or an app that offersother multipleintegrations.

You could use a CRM with a large app exchange or partner ecosystem - SFDC, Sugar, Microsoft Dynamics or Zoho. However, a better option might be selecting apps that meet your exact criteria for each functional area and integrate through Zapier. https://zapier.com/zapbook/ Good luck.

Mahommad, you have asked a very broad question and there are some key data needed to answer your question, including:
1 - How many users do you have?
2 - How complex is your envisaged marketing automation (simple autoresponders through to activity-triggered, segment-specific campaigns)?
3 - Describe your business from an accounting perspective - what is key (inventory, ecom, simplicity, payroll, multi-currency)

1) Users probably 5
2) marketing automation will be simple first, then later once user database is setup, will move on to advanced.
3) would like to have simplicity, employee/contractor payroll, invoice generation and billing.
4) would like marketing capability (example mail chimp)
5) crm needs to be able to take data from website and list input; from including call to action and be able to track, nurture users and leads.

This is for a small business, Saas based business. Would like it to be one stop shop with capability for permissions.

I'd go with Zoho for that profile Mohommad. Cheap, intuitive, decent ecosystem (not anywhere near as good as SFDC, but enough).

Take a look at InfusionSoft. It's an integrated CRM, marketing automation, e-commerce platform that's very affordable. It's marketing automation features don't quite compare to more advanced platforms like HubSpot or Marketo but it's decent if you're just starting out. You can set up your billing and the system will handle recurring invoicing and payments. Looking at your list of requirements, it does everything you want, except for the payroll part.Not sure if there are integrated CRM/marketing automation systems out there that offer these features.

Mohammad, it could be that your search is being limited by the terms you are using: CRM is focused on customer relationships - those touch points that hit your customers and prospects. accounting, HR, billing, project mgt are more typically the purview of ERP systems (Enterprise Resource Planning) and Supply Chain systems, both of which are traditionally focused more toward manufacturers and distributors. If you are doing invoicing and billing then you will want to also manage AR which leads to GL. Most ERP and SC systems are mature and well integrated and have CRM functions built in or API to support Sales Force (and a few others). Sales Force is likely overkill for you. I've been away from the ERP/Supply chain/CRM markets for some time so i hesitate to give you specific suggestions, but size-wise you might want to look at MS Dynamics on the "upper end" - i never thought i'd see the day when i referred to MSD as "upper end"! It might be overkill. MSD is a hodgepodge of applications MS acquired over time and did a reasonable job of integrating. It covers, full accounting (GL, AP, AR, assets, etc.), HR, CRM, order management, inventory, and some basic supply chain and mfg. functions including project mgt. Implementation is typically the biggest issue - people want a lot of flexibility and functionality to cover a broad range of business models and industries, but this leads to feature bloat and results in complex and time consuming implementations with expensive consultants. Spend time up front really vetting your requirements. I mention this because the typical application evaluation process starts with a long list of functions and features and the tendency is to choose the system that most closely matches the 'laundry list' of functions, but when it comes to writing the check and then writing a 2x-10x check for implementation people reevaluate their requirements.

Mohammad, I work in a small marketing&sales team of 5 and we started to work in Salesforce a year ago, linked to Mailchimp and soon to our Quality Control & Production activity (to follow client feed-back, stock inventory etc). We chose Salesforce because it has the advantage of being quite flexible and can be integrated with almost anything...but you usually need someone who's familiar with these kind of databases and will be able to create the personalized objects and build the integration. There are a huge amount of apps on their "app exchange" store and you can find some useful and easy to apply functionalities (ex. Mailchimp for Salesforce is a free app I installed from there). A lot of companies offer services for integration with HR or financial applications, but they are usually too expensive for small companies. As Jeff mentioned, Zapier is a great tool to link a lot of different apps, I, for example, used it to link task from Asana to Salesforce. For basic marketing and sales activities SF works great and it's not even the most expensive on the market, however if you want to jump to the level of marketing automation, social media activity, content marketing automation/curation, Salesforce may be way too complex and expensive for a small team. However, I heard they have now an option for B2B businesses, maybe it's worth to look into that too. Also, for us, Salesforce did not prove to be great for project management, but as a small team we use Asana for basic task management for now. Another "drawback": I think that even if the interface of SF is a well-oiled machine, it begins to be outdated and lacks some "user-friendlyness" on some level. Even if I did not tried it, but HubSpot looks like a dynamic and modern solution, but if I understand well, it's more marketing&sales oriented, I don't know about the integration possibilities. I am wondering why do you want a CRM which packs everything for a sizable business. Is it for your operation, or is it part of offering? Complicated, all-in-one, CRM costs a lot (I mean a lot) $$ to install, to maintain. If it is for your operation, I suggest you think again. Also, some of the functionality you listed (e.g. HR) do not belong to CRM by traditional CRM scopes. Do you have a reason to put them in the CRM basket? SugarCRM is a popular, open-source (kind of) for SMB which you can review, try, and configure for your use, a lot of others if you simply google "CRM". Good luck John

Mohammad, to engage all these disparate departments together under one platform is possible but it can get price prohibitive for SMB market. What Jeff recommended earlier is good. To use Zapier hooks to inter connect apps. Other than HR, rest of the functionalities (you mentioned) are covered under ConvergeHub.
