I have great app idea I can give my 100% time and resource to it. But how to find people and start?

I am 15 years old, I know some programming like HTML, CSS, little JavaScript and Ruby. And I know little on developing android apps. I have got an amazing idea, I have talked to my father about the idea and he likes it very much but he does not have any expertise in Internet field. I am allowed to put my heart and soul to it. But I don't know how to get employees to manage and incorporate my company. I am seeking help about it from everyone, please help me regarding these. Thank You

Hi Sahil, Find a mentor. Perhaps someone from here. Find an accountant and a lawyer. Get a board of advisors. Surround yourself with people whom you can trust. Jacob Kojfman 604 318 4539

Wholeheartedly agree with Jacob. Also, work in short execution/validation cycles. That is, don't spend a whole bunch of time and resources building something out in a silo. Instead, to the extent that you can, execute your idea in small, manageable chunks and seek validation from potential customers at each point along the way. It's not uncommon for ideas to change/mature once feedback loops are implemented.

Thank you for your replies, can you help me from where to get initial capital to at least start it and work on it. And finding mentor is just not my thing because there are many experts already here but how will I know who is the perfect.

Homework first. go to steveblank.com (steve blank dot com) http://steveblank.com/and read everything. When you've done that then come back with more targeted questions. It is highly unlikely that you will get any initial capital without some 'traction' first. go find out what 'traction' means. Do extensive product market fit homework first. Then build a mockup/prototype/MVP. do more PMF homework. Then go get some users/customers. Then you might be ready for initial seed money. You will also then have more credibility with potential investors, partners, customers. Homework first.

Hi Sahil,I dont think you have given up enough information here for people to really help you much. Is this a case where perhaps you should sit on your idea and wait until you have passed through University and gained the knowledge and experience you will need by taking a business management course,or are you seeking a partner who can make sense of it,and help you develop and exploit it for an equity share? Personally i believe that Investor money is tight and there is far more hype about people finding them, than meets reality. The question you first need to ask,are you going to hook a big fish,if you dont have any bait? So far no one knows a thing about your idea,so you may have to real-in and cast in another direction!

I respect your answer. @5starfilmco.ltd. , but sharing idea blindly anywhere could make me lose the opportunity. You know great ideas don't come everyday. When they come don't let them go. It is my personal belief. And for me passing university is not as much important as my idea, but i will definitely do it. And yeah I personally think that "I AM GOING TO HOOK A BIG FISH" because my aim is to connect world digitally as well as physically! No offence.

Assist frequently to networking events, seminars, talks, training, and similar. You can also try something I saw no long ago: do a call for entrepreneurs(they did it by creating a google form and posting it on Facebook), it did have lots of persons interested. Have at least some good idea of what you want to do. Also you may want to figure out if there are any training programs on your startup community. If you haven't start creating your followers network in twitter too.

Use your coding skills to build an MVP (minimal viable product). In other words, try to build a prototype with the minimum feature set that is needed to test out if your idea is a hit with potential customers. When you get to that point and you have something to show, find a mentor or an entrepreneurship group that can help you from there.
