How to find a mailing list of consumer electronic companies?

I have contacted several list brokers without much luck.

My target market is small to mid-sized consumer electronics companies.

The companies that exhibit at CES every year would be a great example.

Unfortunately, list companies use SIC codes which inevitably lead to inaccurate companies. The lists they produce tend to be system integrators or tech companies that simply aren't the ones I'm looking to reach.

I manually researched all the contact information of companies that exhibited at CES 2015, which resulted in about 1,700 in the US.

Just wondering if anyone knows a list broker or different method to find small to mid-sized consumer electronics companies that doesn't rely on SIC codes?

Thanks in advance!

LeadGenius.com is a great place to start for this kind of thing but not cheap.

For consumer electronics specifically:
1. I suggest pulling the brand/vendor lists from a few large online retailers (Amazon, NewEgg). Hire an upworker to find contacts @ $0.10 per contact or less.

2. Approach the major distributors and ask for the vendor lists with contact info (e.g. Ingram Micro, Tech Data, Synnex, D&H).

Sales Navigator by LinkedIn is great for prospecting targeted companies by size, industry, keyword. Costs around $90/mo and they even have a free trial.

You can run a search by sic codes. I would only do it if I could get contact name and email. All of these resources are great if you have more time than money...

Sadly, all lists have some level of dirty data. From lead generating companies to listgenerating companies. The only data you can really trust is your qualified database...
