iOS Contract Dev Available

Hi All,

My friend Gene is looking to pick up some iOS contract work and I wanted to see if anyone on the list was interested. He's located in Toronto.

Please feel free to contact him directly.

Here's Gene in his own words:

I'm looking to help out remotely on an iOS app (front-end, back-end or both). I have iOS experience working on productivity and lifestyle applications (but not games) and I really enjoy the platform. I've been doing web back-ends for a long time too. I'd love to work on a great, distributed team but am comfortable working solo on smaller projects.

You can find more info here:http://goykhman.ca/gene

He should get connected to the Portland, Oregon community. There is a healthy startup environment but a dearth of developers. Tell him to start scouting around the NedSpace, Startup Weekend Portland and other sites. And check out the hackathons in the area. Working remotely shouldn't be a problem from my experience, and we probably need his talent. Good luck.
