What are good systems for finding/collecting and responding RFPs in the Education or Edtech sector?

I founded and manage an edtech company that provides curriculum resources. We're looking to get deeper into responding to RFPs that school districts send out. Most larger districts issue RFPs looking for new companies and services, but only through their own systems. It's very tough to manage/monitor all these independent systems and I'd love any advice you have for efficient ways to manage RFPs and find Education related RFPs. I'm pretty sure there are systems available for this, but can't seem to find any. If you've used one before or have any advice, I'd hugely appreciate it. Thank you!

I use RFP Schoolwatch. They seem to send a lot of junk / not relevant stuff but it might be worth signing up.
