How to get beta-testers (running product with thousands of users)?

We launched an app two months ago. We have over 200k users. But we are having great difficulties to engage users to test new features. We're developing prototypes (apart from the app) to test what the next big features should be. We have a Facebook group with beta-testers, we try to onboard as many as we can and we ship the beta through Fabric. Still, we're struggling to get more than 10 beta testers on each prototype. Any tips?

Make sure there is something in it for them and that you spell this out well.
