How have you hacked your way to get email lists for enterprise sales contacts?

I know that there are paid lists out there that give you business email addresses of potential enterprise contacts. Have you tried any mining approaches to get such email addresses yourself, thus avoiding to spend lots of money, given a person's name and the company they work for?

Hey Krishnan - have you seen toolslike http://toofr.com? I've also hired people abroad to help with lead gen. So far they've been great.

Keep in mind a "mining approach" is also very expensive if you do it in house.

Most sales teams these days are using things like toofr, salesloft, visistat's kickfire.

On top of that they are outsourcing the mining part to upwork (formerly odesk).
