Books and articles about exits?

I've read some good books, articles, etc. about raising money, but I haven't yet read anything good yet about exits. Anyone have recommendations?

Thanks in advance!

I personally love going to meet ups to hear first hand stories. A lot more people share advice and their stories than you think would.... This doesn't let you focus on exit specifically, but the point of my answer is just go out and talk to people that have had or are in a startup. You can always hire a consultant as well that has had experience with helping companies exit. That way you will get personalized advice for your company which would be best.
