Best payroll and HR benefits services for 10-20 employee startup?

I need a payroll service and an HR benefits service (which could be one in the same) for an early-stage startup (10-20 employees). Any suggestions from others using these types of services? HR would mostly be for heath insurance and compliance.

Trinet is one that I've had experience with before. They were decent, no huge complaints.

We are currently looking for the same, from my research so far we have narrowed down to the following:-

http://www.adp.com/
http://ambrose.com/
http://insperity.com/
http://trinet.com

Lots of mixed feelings on these guys from other forums but I was hoping to find others here with real experiences/feedback.

I've used a broker before, that actually gives you access and evaluates all of the said solutions and helps negotiate the best price of all.

Check out HR Shield:http://hr-shield.com/ and ask for Patrick or Ryan. Happy to be used as a reference as well. They do tremendously well for their clients-
