What is the best option for business expense card?

I am currently looking into a solution which will allow me to issue credit card/debt card to a set of workers for my startup, so they can purchase items on users' behalf.

I did a bit research how instacart or postmates work, it seems they issue a prepaid visa cards to their courier. http://www.quora.com/How-do-Instacart-and-Postmates-shoppers-pay-for-items-ordered-by-the-customers

Have anyone done this kind of thing before? Would love to hear how you handled it and share your experience.

thanks!

Check out bentoforbusiness.com -- they have a MasterCard combined with a very cool online service that enables you to set very explicit permissions for what each employee is allowed to spend (i.e. the amount by day/week/month, categories they're allowed to spend (e.g. hardware stores vs. gas stations vs. groceries, etc.). You also see a pretty cool rollup of spending as it happens, and can change permissions in real-time.

The company I work for owns Expensable which has a few different options. You can pre-load the card with a certain amount (possibly refilled monthly) then whatever they do not use goes back to you, and it also allows you to restrict where they spend the money and know exactly where they spent it.

You can also get credit cards, etc. There are a lot of options out there, let me know if you want to talk offline.
