How to add a Director to existing C Corp ?

I have an existing Delaware c corp (single founder) and would like to add a co-founder as a director. How do we go about doing this online ? Given we are bootstrapped would not like to engage a lawyer unless absolutely necessary. Appreciate any pointers (Googled and it lists some procedure but I would like to see some samples). Thanks. - Manjula.

I'm not a lawyer, this isn't legal advice, but doing some searching- http://www.northwestregisteredagent.com/delaware-corporation-amendment.html

Can you change the Delaware Corporation officers or directors on an amendment?

You do not list corporate officers on a Delaware Certificate of Incorporation. You may change your officers on your annual report that you file online every year prior to March 1st.
