Toy Fair Attendance

Hi,

Has anyone been to Toy Fair (or is anyone going to Toy Fair 2013 next week)? Had a few questions around best practices to get the most out of the show.

Thanks!
Stef

I'm going to the Toy Fair, and I'm also a first time attendee. I'm focused
more on finding a sales rep than making sales to retailers, although i'm in
a similar boat for trying to get the most out of the show.

would love to talk offline, shoot me an email

I've been to Toy Fair but years ago so it may be very different now.

What are you trying to get out of the show? Are you trying to scope out the
competition or trying to make connections or learn about the industry or
wanting to order toys for your retail store? Or something else?

Slightly off-topic: if you're interested in Toy Fair, then you should check
out my latest blog post about one of my favorite puzzles that I've created:

I just got back from the Nurnberg Toy Fair, but I have not been to NY
previously. I certainly have some thoughts on Nurnberg and heard some
comments regarding NY, but that is obviously second hand info. Let me know
your specific questions.

I'm always interested to here any tips specifically related to toy startups.

Cheers,
Mikal
