Is it legal to pay current renters, if they find their own replacements?

I heard that one need a real estate license in order to directly benefit from a real estate transaction. More than by a token fee..
So how do companies likehttp://rentity.co/#/ andcircumrent.com do it? or plan on doing it. Thanks.

They probably have a contract with a realtor in each market they serve. The realtor gets a small commission for essentially being a figurehead. Remember, MOST folks who are selling real-estate do not have a full RE license. they have simply passed the RE exam and they work out of an office that is owned and operated by a fully licensed REAgent
