Suggestions on accounting/bookkeeping firms?

Anyone have experience with a firm or person that does accounting for early
stage startups?

Have you talked to inDinero? They are now doing this and it's specifically for small businesses. Site makes it seem software based, but I'm 200% positive they are switching their model to services. Not just for SF either. Can get contact if people want one.  Disclaimer: I've never worked with them personally.

I haven't, but definitely in need of someone who can "set up the system"
and reconcile everything a first time, define the rules, etc.
Hadn't heard that inDinero is switching to have the services piece.

For others that read this chain, another good SaaS option to check out is
Wave <http://waveaccounting.com/>.

There is also http://startupperz.com/ -> Their clients include Uber,
BleacherReport, Livefyre, Expensify, etc.

I'm not sure how expensive they are but can hook you up with an intro to a
friend who works there.

I used http://www.frankrimerman.com/ in SF and was pretty happy with them
although not super cheap. One of the folks we worked with there is now
independent as well. Let me know if you want intro to either.

Hey Ron,
I'd like the intro to the person who's now independent. Sounds like a good
situation.
Thanks!
