What do you look for in an infrastructure/cloud provider?

We work with entrepreneurs all the time to create and manage their servers on our cloud and I'm hoping to get some feedback from everybody on what they look for when choosing their cloud provider(s). We are currently revamping our messaging and will be coming out with brand new content for our website next week to ensure we are hitting the right demographic - entrepreneurs.

We are assuming the following is important for our target market and hence we want to focus our messaging around:
1 - Fully managed (security, software installation and configuration, essentially all the technical tasks but no data entry).
2 - High-availability (distributed storage takes out the single point of failure in case a node goes offline, your server remains online).
3 - Daily backups (backup, restore, provision from, etc.)
4 - Easy to use control panel with 300+ popular software packages at your finger tips

Please let me know what you think as this will really help us determine if our assumptions are correct regarding what people are looking for. I want to convey this information as simple as possible as some of our clients would be the not-so-techie entrepreneurs that would really benefit from having a fully managed solution.

Note: If you would prefer to list your priorities in terms of what you're looking for in a cloud provider, that would help us a lot as well!

Thank you.
