What is a good sales team CRM, that is free or very low cost? (Similar to Highrise)

Have looked at Bitrix24, I want something I can have multiple users login and enter and track their prospects while I am the admin.

Patrick, I've liked pipedrive. Very simple CRM and affordable. I am paying $9/month/user. I found most sales professionals appreciate the simplicity of the product.

It has the best user-interface and is very easy to use. It has some limitations on reporting and export/import but you can get around it in various ways.
It supports tagging which Zoho CRM does not.
