Best methods/sources to find the right people in building your team?

We are currently in the customer development phase of our idea, we are looking to bring on additional members in programming, design, marketing, and product dev. What are methods/sources in which you have found successful in finding driven, like minded people to fill spots as these? ( I live in Pensacola, FL where entrepreneurial events are limited to meet others)

My take: your time would be better spent on honing and executing your vision. Hire a Recruiter who has her / his own tools and methods.

I don't want to sound overly promotional, but we have a tool for finding higher quality candidates on LifeGuides.me.

Right now we have lots of 20-35 year olds using our guides to understand the different career paths they can take. Recently, we launched a bunch of tools for companies to attract talent on our site.

Basically, we'd interview a few of your employees, write up the content, put it on the site, link to your careers page and give you analytics into who is looking at your content with the ability to message them.
