Best practices for using celebrity pictures on your website?

Working on a project that requires celebrity pictures on our site and we are trying to find a good source for pictures. I've seen some services that charge a monthly fee vs paying for individual pictures and was wondering what other folks have done as a cost effective way to stay on top of any potential licensing issues.

Thanks for any suggestions!

Pay careful attention to the licenses. A-lister photos are usually licensed for editorial use only unless you pay them for endorsements, etc., and even then generally have extended provisions that you must abide by.

Getty Images has a division specifically for celeb photos that can help you get the right licenses and permissions.[removed to protect privacy]
