What are the best resources for non-technical founders to get tech literate?

Help, I'm not a techie, but I own a tech company...

I would like to gain a solid understanding of software, software development, software development processes (agile, scrum, waterfall, etc.), and quality assurance processes so I will be able to manage my tech team more effectively and understand their issues.

I would ask you to be more specific as to what the major pain points you have. Then maybe we can provide more help.

I'm working full-time with such entrepreneurs these days, in a variety of capacities. I'm seeing continued evidence for a thesis that you are NOT ALONE! :-)

Basically, all companies have some sort of "tech" component, whether it's a pure-tech company, or whether a different kind of business needs a strong web and mobile component for ecommerce, education, training, hiring, logistics, etc. More and more entrepreneurs are finding offshore or contract teams to build technical pieces of their organization, or are managing a technical team directly themselves. But without any technical knowledge, there's a huge language barrier, and frankly a lot of self-doubt and worry about what is "normal" for development practices.

My blog has been suffering as I've been overloaded with in-person work, but will continue to be updated with more resources. http://www.clearlytech.com/

Shane, I'd love to talk to you more directly, and would love feedback on the kind of stuff you'd like to be learning to help you, so I can be sure to tackle it. Feel free to reach out.
