Any recommendations on virtual office space?

Our team is at a point where there is a need for virtual office space. We're located in Las Vegas and San Diego and are at a point where there is a direct need for meeting locations nationwide other than at Starbucks. Since our home base is here in Las Vegas we were looking at finding something here but with the ability to use space in other locations as needed.

Any thoughts or recommendations?

I would suggest looking for a space like 1776 in DC in your cities.

http://1776dc.com/

It is what I use to collaborate with my teams and companies.

I would check outhttps://www.wework.com/ for something a bit less "traditional" For more locations you could try Regus (free with a business amex).

Hi Kirk, I am not sure if they have space in the area that you need but here is an option: https://www.wework.com Cheers, Irena

Weworklabs - even though they do not have space in LV, they are incredible people and very good to have on your side! Managing Director | +1 (646) 370-9205 | davidfrigeri.com

Next Space is great as is WeWork labs. Not sure if they are in those particular cities. General cafe memberships are typically available. Private 1-3 person office spaces are tough to get and seem to always be on a waiting list.

We originally started using Regis back when we started. http://www.regus.com/. Reasonably priced and flexible if we need to get a meeting room in another city. They also have small business deals with printers, office supplies, etc that you can take advantage of. One point of warning however, their bandwidth is often over subscribed.

I use liquidspace http://liquidspace.com. It is rent by the hour, and they have many locations, including many in Las Vegas.

Hi Kirk,
Just adding to the great responses above - what you're looking for is probably better referred to as a "coworking space" vs. a virtual office if you are googling for a solution. Virtual offices tend to be more focused on mail service although some are bundling day passes and meeting room time.

Regus is your best bet if you really need broad national coverage. They have more locations than 7-11 :-) But they are very "corporate" in design. There are coworking spaces in every city and most offer day passes for non-members. They just take more work to find. At this point there is no real "network" of them.

I also advocate using liquidspace. They have a fantastic app and you can search by type of space. They do not own the spaces - they are a space finding service.

Full disclosure - I am a coworking space owner with locations in Chicago and Palo Alto.

Congrats on your business expansion and good luck finding space!

I recommend a Regus office, they have deals that are negotiable and I have been using one for our agency the last 3 years.
